This versatile tester checks Ethernet cable quality—including wire sequence, shorts, and open circuits - and analyzes PoE devices by identifying the PoE standard (IEEE 802.3af/at/bt or non-standard), measuring voltage and current between the power source and the connected device, and calculating power delivery.
